Insurance Brokers

Insurance brokers often enjoy a close relationship with their clients enabling them to be sought out when a variety of problems assail their clients. While there are several good resources out there for brokers to use, what makes Human Resource Advisors different is our ability to talk with you or your client about the specific situation causing distress. We don’t just give an answer; we handle the implementation. We will develop the form, write the letter to the employee, facilitate an employee meeting or whatever will benefit the client. We are hands-on in addition to being knowledgeable.

Brokers are employers too which enables us to provide comprehensive services for you and your clients at a discounted rate. We believe by providing you with the opportunity to purchase our products and services for the benefit of your client you have a better chance of retaining that client. To assist you with that goal we offer the following:

  • A substantially discounted retainer offering your VIP clients (and your own agency management) two hours of phone and email consulting a month. The cost is $250/month (a savings of $100 off our regular consulting fee).
  •  Packages you may purchase for your clients and your agency containing all the employment products and services required for a fully functioning HR department—again at a discount.
  • Brokers often sponsor training for their clients—either in a group or for a particular company. Barbara Freet is a certified trainer on the subject of sexual harassment as well as many other subjects. Please request a list of topics or suggest your own.
