Cancellation Policy


 Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via email to or call on our business phone at 925-310-4824.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, what charge you wish to have refunded, and your email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

If ordering an employee handbook, every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone) prior to shipping, we will refund the amount paid. If the handbook was already shipped, there will be no refund.

If you wish a refund of amounts paid for training credits which have not been used for sexual harassment training, we will give a full refund if the request was submitted within 2 months of the purchase date. We will not refund charges applied to the purchase of other types of workshops.
