SPEAKERS

Barbara Freet, PHR, President, has been speaking before a variety of audiences for over ten years. She was the luncheon speaker for the Family Law Chapter of the Contra Costa Bar Association, served as a guest faculty member at Cal State Hayward, and has conducted training for the management staff of educational institutions and businesses of all types and sizes. She specializes in addressing business owners and managers on practical ways to reduce potential employment-related liability. Barbara’s style is friendly and straightforward and her participants like her down-to-earth approach to solving their employment issues.

Marina Martinez, Senior HR Consultant, has been an HR Manager in a number of industries for almost 20 years. She has been providing Human Resource Advisors onsite consulting for clients with Hispanic employees as well as Spanish translation and interpreting services since 2005. Not only does Marina demonstrate excellent interpreting skills in a training setting but she can also understand the impact of employment law as an HR professional when she hears and answers questions. 


PRICING

All seminars and workshops include workbooks for each attendee, often including forms that can be reproduced and used immediately. The format is usually lively discussion interspersed with instruction and visual aids.

Seminars and workshops are priced as follows:

  • Two-hour workshop – $850
  • Half-day workshop – $1,000
  • All day workshop (9 a.m. to noon – 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.) – $2,000

Generally the above prices cover up to 25 attendees. If your company intends to have more than 25 participants in a single seminar, please let us know and we will advise you of any additional fees.
